Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
We deliver fresh flowers during our scheduled delivery hours. Orders are delivered on the selected delivery day within the available delivery window.
Delivery days and hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Holiday schedules: Delivery hours may change during major holidays. Advance ordering may be required.
Recipient availability: If no one is available at the delivery address, the driver may leave the order at the door, attempt another delivery, or return it to the shop depending on the situation.
Recipient contact: The driver may call the recipient before or during delivery if needed.
We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged. We also offer exchanges — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
